At Midnight Club, we take pride in creating custom clothing made just for you. Because each piece is personalised and made to order, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Items Due to the nature of custom-made clothing, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [Vaultpaws661@gmail]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Size We strongly encourage customers to refer to our size guide before ordering. As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part. However, if we made an error with your size, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
